Fr. Felix D'Souza

Fr. Felix D'Souza is a veteran teacher, priest, and school leader with nearly thirty years of dedicated service in school administration, youth building, and pastoral care. He currently serves as Principal of St. Stephen Academy Loleygaon, where he leads institutional development based on academic discipline, values-based education, and student-centered leadership.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Leadership from Kennedy University, demonstrating advanced academic expertise in leadership theory, organizational behavior, and institutional effectiveness. His doctoral training complements his extensive practical experience in educational institution management and academic community leadership.

Ordained as a Catholic priest on May 1, 1996, Fr. Felix has consistently integrated his spiritual vocation with professional educational leadership, fostering schools that emphasize ethics, responsibility, and holistic development.
