Dr. Ghada Fayek is a legal expert in the area of litigation, dispute resolution, and legal strategy in the United Arab Emirates. She is now Partner and Head of General Litigation Bin Nakhira Partners, and manages complex civil and commercial litigation, such as high-value and multi-jurisdictional cases.
She has specialized in representing clients at each phase of litigation and specializes in UAE court procedures, case strategy, and dispute management. She counsels frequently on complicated matters of law, making sure that the strategies of law are consistent with the needs of the procedure as well as client goals.
Dr. Fayek is also a certified mediator of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department and deals with civil and commercial disputes. Her litigation practice supports her mediation work in that she helps in structured resolution processes and effective results of disputes.
She is also active in legal writing and research as well as her practice of law, and she has a number of legal books and studies under development. Throughout her work, there is a continued effort to make her input into the knowledge of the law and the evolution of the practice in the areas of dispute resolution and civil procedure.
Dr. Fayek is also involved in community-based activities such as legal awareness, family and child welfare issues and community activities that are all aimed at empowering women in the legal profession.
