Karishma N. Pajnigara is an educator and education researcher whose professional journey reflects a commitment to teaching, student development, and continuous learning. With teaching experience in India and Dubai, she has developed expertise in classroom instruction, curriculum planning, student engagement, and creating learning environments that encourage creativity, collaboration, and independent thinking.
She holds a Master of Education from Gujarat University, a Master of Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from SNDT University, Mumbai. She is also pursuing a PhD at the European Institute of Management & Technology, beginning in November 2025.
Her academic interests are supported by her M.Ed. research on job satisfaction among secondary school teachers in the Gujarat region. This work reflects her interest in understanding teachers’ professional experiences, workplace satisfaction, and the factors that influence educational effectiveness.
Karishma’s professional experience includes teaching at The Kindergarten Starters in Dubai, where she worked with primary-level students. Her responsibilities included English and Mathematics instruction, lesson planning, standardized test preparation, and parent–teacher communication.
Her experience in an international school environment has contributed to her understanding of diverse educational settings and the importance of adapting teaching approaches to students’ learning needs.
At P.P. Savani Chaitanya Vidya Sankul, Karishma taught English to students from Classes III to V under the CBSE curriculum. Her responsibilities included curriculum planning, examination preparation, parent–teacher meetings, and participation in school activities.
Her work focused on supporting students’ academic progress while encouraging active participation and a positive classroom environment.
At Vibrant School of Excellence, Karishma worked as a mother teacher for Class I. She taught English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, General Knowledge, and Computer Studies.
