The judges were impressed by the journey that Shabnum took was not easy from navigating regulatory requirements to building trust with the community, staff faced significant challenges, yet their determination paid off by 2025, Early Nurture Preschool had gained both national and international recognition for its innovative, holistic approach to early years education. 

Today Early Nurture Preschool stands out as a beacon of inclusive education proof that when children are given the best quality care they will flourish beyond expectations.

Shabnum Bi founded Early Nurture Preschool offering an exceptional preschool in the community in which all children thrive. Operating from Anglesey primary School Site, launched in DEC 2022 based in the West midlands. The independent preschool was formerly known as Anglesey playgroup, rebranded under the same management.

The Pre-School led by Shabnum Bi champions inclusion and personalised learning.
