Mrs Anisa Sajawal Awarded Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Early Childhood Studies by Kennedy University

This institutional alignment is associated with a high-profile accomplished by Mrs Anisa celebrating her extraordinary achievement recognising her with high standing, as a successful deputy leader recognised globally for her work and dedication, winning Nursery of the year 2025 and Childcare provider 2025 she has been described an Outstanding leader in education providing Outstanding education over the years and supporting the preschool reaching new success heights.

Mrs Anisa Sajawal has been the backbone to Miss Bi, the founder and the Director of Early Nurture Preschool, together building a legacy that is celebrated a distinguished long term and sustained impact. Miss Bi describes Anisa as a pioneer in education who has played a huge part in building this legacy together, Anisa is an Outstanding Leader who has demonstrated this over 13 years of service.

The judges were impressed by the journey that Mrs Anisa and Miss Shabnum took which was not easy, from navigating regulatory requirements to building trust with the community, staff faced significant challenges, yet their determination paid off by 2025, Early Nurture Pre-School had gained both national and international recognition for its innovative, holistic approach to early years education. 

Today Early Nurture Pre-School stands out as a beacon of inclusive education proof that when children are given the best quality care they will flourish beyond expectations.

Operating from Anglesey primary School Site, launched in DEC 2022 based in the West midlands. The independent preschool was formerly known as Anglesey playgroup, rebranded under the same management Anisa Sajawal was a deputy leader.
